| Students conclude the J-term retreat worshipping at Greenville ARP |
Campus Ministry at Erskine sponsored our first "Guys and Girl's" Ministry Retreat on the weekend of January 9-11 at Bonclarken. 53 students spent the weekend together with the girls listening and conversing over the topic of "Loving Your Body" a book by Deborah Newman led by Marie Patrick. Guys spent the weekend together listening to and conversing with Matt Lucas on the subjects of godly character, leadership and relationships.
The weekend came to a perfect close as we all worshipped together at Greenville ARP church. A special thanks to Crowder's Creek ARP, First Gastonia ARP, and Boyce Memorial ARP for allowing our students to stay in their church houses! We couldn't have done this retreat without your help!

Erskine Sends 53 to RUF Conference
We sent a great group to Camp Greystone for the Southeastern Collegiate retreat Sept 19-21, actually the largest group of all 13 campuses represented. Our music team from the Barn led music for the 300 college students and did a great job. We enjoyed Andy Jones speaking on the "Holy Spirit" and our group really got to know one another better through the small group discussion on the speakers questions.
Special thanks goes to the ARP Student Union at Erskine for committing their limited resources given to them by the General Synod each year to help provide scholarships to assist Erskine students to attend the $90 per person conference. Their gifts, as well as gifts from a few churches and young alumni helped to provide 50% scholarships for all our students as well as several 100% scholarships for those with exceptional needs. The conference was definitely worth it!
